LCD camouflage anti-theft mode, this was mainly done for when parking the car on the streets of NY or Boston overnight, so the car will have a nice sleeper look inside, as well as let me sleep at night.Microphone finally wired and installed, still wrapped in electric tape beta sort of mode :)Using my FreeBSD server for 12volts.This is what's left from original Creative microphone, I took it completely apart and rewired for test. Now that it's working, I am going to run a long wire from trunk to the dash. Now trunk looks much cleaner.Amp.Power distribution block.Ground distribution block. This is my carputer hard on/off switch (in case I dont' want switch/ignition to turn it on) and USB outletThis is how it looks in the carA view of an LCD through the trunk. An interesting viewing angle facing computer front.Audio setup close-upAnother perspective.A view of carputper at night.Just a view of a wiring mess. This is animation that shows where PC case will be mounted, it can fold down.Explanation of a current beta setup. As I am waiting for nLite to generate a light version of XP, I decided to take some pictures of my dev environtment. As you see it's late at night at work. I find it easy to work at work in the evening, no distraction, quietness.

New summer setup with black powdercoated BBS STi wheels and Falken Azenis rubber.Helix Downpipe. Finally rolling on the rims I've been wanting to roll on.These are the new tails I swapped from an '05 car, I like them better, they're cleaner looking. And this photo concludes my 'playing' with a fish eye lens:)Randomly decided to go ask my eye doctor for a tint permission... and got it!Well, this is the letter I had been waiting for two weeks. When I read, I could not believe my eyes.Subaru Impreza 2006 Challenge Winners List, 3 Grand Prizes, 30 Runners Up Prizes. Finally got everything confirmed! :) just now gotta wait til August, need to find some patience.Everything's ready to install turbo boost gauge. Nice housing, picked it up at Exeter Subaru.Received my sunshade, I didn't know they're so hard to find. This is a short animation on replacing OEM clock pod with an OEM gauge housing from Subaru.Mockin up and sketchin front faceplate. As you see, originally I wanted to integrate clock in there too, but I decided to have just a gauge for now. This is basically the final product. Front faceplate isn't primered or painted yet. I kind of like how it looks now. Finally tinted my car! It's raining right now, so better pics will come later. Looks really good I think. Madico 35% Tint Film was used.Debadged my trunk. Looks much cleaner.Subaru emblem will stay because it has two holes behind :(New wheels!

Cooked, cleared and painted interior of headlight.Fits perfectly like OEM.Even says DOT approved on the lense :)It was only a natural step to do the same for tail lights, but one year later. And too looks OEM and has a sign of DOT approval on the lense.Blacked out completely.
